1996

Gets established in September as internet and communication technology services company, by Mr Ashwin Desai, a second generation entrepreneur.

Makes a modest beginning with developing interactive websites, with tie ups with M/s.Folklore Communications Management Services Ltd., and M/s.India Yellow Pages.

Diversifies into sales of post computerization hardware products for internet and intranet for corporate, SMEs and home segments.

Becomes the Authorised Regional Distributor for M/s.Powertel Boca Ltd., makers of most reliable data modems.

1997

Segments itself into software and hardware divisions to focus on niche application areas.

Develops innovative software applications such as the First Trilingual Touch Screen Information Kiosk installed in India at the Madurai Railway Station; a core Java-based software for educational Institutions to develop their own website and interactive intranet content, and a customer relation application for exporters to track their orders.

1998

Enters into direct import and distribution of modem, routers and other ISDN products by tieing up with for M/s Asuscom Inc, Taiwan. Holds a massive 70% market share in South India

Establishes the first ISDN based internet browsing parlor.

Plays an important role in creating Cyber Club, the first network of internet browsing centres in South India

Ties-up with a US-based international network and organises several events including an internet-based simultaneous video conferencing programme on the Valentine's Day. Over 100 people from 19 countries participate.

Starts offering personal and professional video conferencing solutions in a more focused manner.

Develops its own PC-based ISDN video conferencing kit and prices it at 60% lesser than the competition.

Introduces cost-effective equipments from an OEM manufacturer abroad and launches the products in India under the brand name, imeet.

Launches a full array of new generation IP communications products including IP-based phones, video phones, IP faxes and remote surveillance systems.

Becomes a technology partner for Apollo Hospitals as the hospital initiates its first telemedicine project.

Ties-up with RAD for leased line modems and Motorola and Cisco for routers

Becomes the first partner for Banyan Networks Ltd., an IIT Chennai incubated company, manufacturing DSL modems.

Becomes the first to supply DSL modems to the Indian Railways.

Becomes the authorized agent of BSNL for marketing the latter’s value added services. Through the partnership, BSNL achieves 120% growth in its ISDN and internet subscriber base in Tamilnadu.

2000

Gets appointed as an agent for VSNL for internet and leased circuits for India.

Becomes the first business partner of Hughes Escorts Communications Ltd., and brings in the Ku band VSAT based internet connectivity solutions.

Ties up with C Com Corporation of Taiwan for bringing in next generation xDSL products to offer better performance and connectivity applications to PSU, educational Institutions, and banks.

2003

Becomes the first Indian distributor for Aethra.

2004

Organizes the first of its kind 11 site multi-site virtual conference during the 6th International Vascular Surgeons conference. Connects for the first time Sri Lanka and Lahore. .

Implements the first video conferencing project for Indian Railways with designing, networking and providing system integration on railway IP network on hybrid networks.

Implements the first telemedicine project in Indian Railways.

Implements video conferencing in Kolkotta Judiciary, linking 7 courts and 4 jails using video conference for daily hearings.

Establishes Accident Site Video Transmission: First in Indian Railways for 2 way video communication with any officers on the Railway network from an accident site and other stations on the track.

Partners with Chennai Egmore Railway Station and makes it the first railway station in India to be a WiFi zone.

Creates the first Train Information Display System using latest technology that enables Indian Railways to update specific information at any particular station or platform.

2010

Implements state-of-the art video surveillance system using the world’s best cameras at Chennai Central, Mambalam and Beach stations

Implements the first of its kind project of Collaborative Multimedia Classroom at the prestigious Indian Institute of Science – formerly TATA Institute – Asia’s number one technical research institute. It covers 23 of the 47 departments spread around 400 acres.

2017

Launched "BRICKYARD-Integrated Digital Learning Platform" at Didac India. Didac India is the most influential and relevant trade event in the region for Educational Material,Training & Technology based solutions for all levels and sectors of the Indian Education & Training Industry. Exhibited shell scheme booth in Didac India.

Launched "Kickle-Sype for Business" at Infocomm India.Kickle is the next video conferencing room system generation: Skype room system, wireless display, room booking, whiteboard, annotation, and so much more.

InfoComm India 2017 is an event to tap into opportunities to harness the power of the transformative power of professional AudioVisual (pro-AV) and Information Communications Technology (ICT).

The event provided a platform where industry players and experts showcase, share and incubate ideas and, influencers and decision-makers seek and find solutions to propel their businesses.
