A&T has been driven for more than two decades by one man’s passion to provide value to all his customers. And that man is Ashwin. His single minded focus on creating unique solutions is what has shaped A&T to what it is today. As Managing Director, Ashwin carries the major burden of delivering value to all A&T’s partners, customers and employees.
Sangita Desai
A versatile professional with experience in varied management roles, Sangita is the heart of the organization. In charge of soft skill training and event management, she also takes care of corporate communications and internal communications. She lives true to her belief that delighted employees deliver their best under all circumstances.
Ankur
Ankur has more than a decade of experience driving exports of communication solutions. With wide exposure to many international markets, Ankur brings a whole new dimension of expertise to A&T. He is driving the A&T foray into markets such as Sout-East Asia, MENA and Europe.
Koreth
The marketing brain in A&T, Koreth is responsible for ensuring that customers and partners get all the information they need to make informed decisions. Restless by nature, Koreth is always looking for new and innovative ways to take the A&T vision to the rest of the world

Ramadoss is our finance and operations wizard. He leads the team that optimizes all our functions. Ramadoss sir (as he is kindly know) ensures that every employee strictly adheres to ISO mandated processes, reduces cost and maximizes personal and organizational success.

Sathya is the go-to man to design solutions that solve specific problems that our customers face. No challenge is too tough, no technology too complex for him
